FYI: Insurance Claims

With the big hail storm that effected the north end of the city, we felt this was a good time to highlight some information regarding insurance claims, and where we come in.

For insurance claims, after you contact your insurance provider and adjustor, our process generally follows these steps:

  1. Initial contact with us, either through a phone call to 306-545-4040 or through our request a quote form that can be found.
  2. One of our customer care representatives will contact you to schedule a site visit from one of our sales associates.
  3. Our sales associate will gather all the necessary information in order to build your quote, which will be sent to you within the next few days following your site visit.

Insurance claims aren’t always fun, but our goal is to make them as seamless and easy as we can. One way we do this is by working with your insurance company behind the scenes to accept your deductible on behalf of your insurance provider. In order for us to do this all we need from you is the information of your insurance adjuster and your claim number.
