I Had a broken spring on my overhead door about a week ago and called you to get it fixed. You sent a service expert out in record time. Ben was not able to replace the spring but did make the door useable using a temporary repair. He told me that you were out of stock on the needed spring but would be back as soon as the spring arrived. Thank you for the temporary fix. He was pleasant and polite and had the job done in record time. Just a few days later I got a call from your office asking when it would be suitable day to come and replace both springs as they were now in stock. Again the same service tech came out and did the repair in record time. Dealing with you company and your staff both the lady that answers your phone and your service personal is a pleasure. Thank -You for your sevices.  Oh and I have a friend that had a broken spring just last Friday and he asked me if I had I would recommend your services and I said  absolutely.  I don’t know if he called you but I hope he did. Thank you for your quick response and replacement of our garage door spring that broke.  Amanda at dispatch was great with helping us to find a time that would work with our schedule to have one of the service techs to come and fix the garage door.  Morley the service technician arrived as scheduled and was able to replace the spring in minutes.  Morley was great to chat with and you could tell he knows what he is doing. I appreciated Morley sharing with me some maintenance ideas that I can do to keep my garage door working properly.  With Amanda’s and Morley’s help, we are so pleased with the service that they Overhead Door provided to us. My Overhead Door unit Odyssey 1000 stopped working just before the 5 year warranty period. The service was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately, the company stated that the unit could not replace it under warranty. They did however replace the head at cost and waived the labor charges. Vidya, Regina
