Why Proactive Maintenance?

When it comes to home maintenance or repair, it’s always better to be proactive instead of reactive. That’s why Overhead Door Co. of Regina offers discounts for proactive maintenance work on our residential garage door products.

Proactive Services Include:

• Travel within City Limits
• Minimum 30 minutes of scheduled maintenance labor
• Adjustment of Spring Tension and Tracks (if required)
• Tightening and/or replacing all fasteners
• Lubrication and wipe-down of all springs, bearings, hinges and rollers
• Adjustment of limits on electric operator
• Emailed Service report and Invoice (for record keeping)

Proactive Service Rates:

• Single Door at Site – 50% Off Regular Reactive Rate with Lubricant
• Multiple Doors at Site (Per Door) – 10% Additional Discount
• Condo Developments (5 or more units) – 20% Additional Discount
